Winston Co. Unemployment drops below 20% ..but....
Winston County's unemployment rate in April fell below 20% for the first time in several months but at 19.3%, the rate is the third worst in the state. Only Holmes and Noxubee Counties have higher rates of unemployed workers at 20% and 20.4% respectively.
