Local Gas Price Updates

Gas prices have remained relatively stable over the past week but some retailers have begun inching prices down in the last 24 hours. As of Friday morning at 9:30, $3.57 per gallon was still the most common price in Louisville while prices in Noxapater are significantly lower at $3.49 per gallon. In Louisville, there is a roughly even ditribution of prices at $3.55, $3.57 and $3.59. The highest rate indicated was $3.65  and the lowest rates were $3.49 at the Exxon on Robinson Rd and the self serve Texaco on West Main. Typical local prices are 4- 7 cents lower  than the current National Avg  of $3.623  but are as much as 15 to 19 cents higher that the Mississippi state average of $3.403.
Through the Summer, WWN will provide our readers with information on gasoline prices throughout the community. Prices indicated are for Regular Unleaded and are subject to change at anytime. Prices quoted are gathered within a thirty minute period and do not consider ethanol content - only visible advertised price. WWN is not responsible for inaccuracies in signage, etc. To follow area, state and national gas prices, check out our Local Gas Prices page at http://www.winstonwebnews.com/local-gas-prices.html
