Local Gas Prices -June 30th

Gas prices dropped near the end of last week and have remained at that level into this week as well. As of Thursday morning at 9:30, $3.49 per gallon was  the most common price in Louisville while prices in Noxapater are somewhat  lower at $3.43 per gallon. In Louisville, nine out of fifteen retailers were at the $3.49 figure. The highest rate indicated was $3.55 and the lowest rates were $3.46 at  Murphy Oil and $3.47 at Spaceway & Dixie. Typical local prices are 4- 9 cents lower than the current National Avg of $3.563 but are as much as 11 to 16 cents higher that the Mississippi state average of $3.36.

Through the Summer, WWN will provide our readers with information on gasoline prices throughout the community. Prices indicated are for Regular Unleaded and are subject to change at anytime. Prices quoted are gathered within a thirty minute period and do not consider ethanol content - only visible advertised price. WWN is not responsible for inaccuracies in signage, etc. To follow area, state and national gas prices, check out our Local Gas Prices page at http://www.winstonwebnews.com/local-gas-prices.html
