August 18th Gas Prices

Gas prices have decreased slightly this past week in Louisville, an average of 4 cents per gallon. As of Thursday morning at 9:30, $3.55 per gallon was the most common price in Louisville. Four out of seventeen retailers were at the $3.59 figure. The highest rate indicated was $3.59 and none were lower than $3.49 at that time. Typical local prices are 0-4 cents lower than the current National Avg of $3.592 but are about 12 cents higher that the Mississippi state average of $3.432.
