Turning the Tide on Poverty with WCPCL in Winston County

Around thirty people gathered on Monday evening at the Winston County Extension Office to learn more about the "Turning the Tide on Poverty" Program. The program is sponsored by the local group, Winston County Partners for Community Living(WCPCL) and is an initiative of the Southern Rural Development Center.
