Eiland Plaza Under New Ownership- Renovation Planned

You may have driven on Beal Avenue in the last few years and seen the deterioration of one of Louisville's largest housing complexes. The property known as Eiland Plaza has been in disrepair for a number of years. But good news appears to be on the horizon as the property has changed ownership and renovation plans are in the works. M & M Investments of the Britt Barnes Realty Group purchased the property with plans to invest heavily in renovation. To kick off the revival of the property, there will be a ribbon-cutting on Monday, December 12. The public is invited to attend.
