The Red Hills Festival is gearing up for Memorial Day weekend starting on the evening of Friday May 28. There will be a street performance by the local band "Deja Vu" and the Midway will be open as well.
Expect this year's festival to be larger and more crowded as it occurs with the Louisville Homecoming event which should bring more folks into town. The Chamber of Commerce/Main Street will be running a shuttle service to the Coliseum parking lot and the motels throughout the day to ease any parking issues. Buses from the Coliseum to N. Court & Main will run every twenty minutes. Vendors and locals as well are encouraged to use the shuttle system. "FREE PARKING & FREE TRANSPORTATION" - can't beat that!!!
