ECCC offers Free M3 Training for Unemployed in Winston Co.

As unemployment in Winston County remains over 16% compared to the national average around 9%, competition for local jobs is fierce. East Central Community College's Workforce Development Center continues to offer courses and workshops that can help those looking for employment by improving skills. Currently ECCCWDC is offering a free M3 Certification Training for unemployed, dislocated or out of school youth (ages 18-24). Funded by the Walmart Foundation, M3 trains participants in employability skills and also earn a National Career Readiness Certificate. You must meet the requirements for free participation in the class but others may attend at a $75 cost.
The course is scheduled for 30 hours and will be held at the Louisville Career Advancement Center (Spartus Building) from 5pm til 8pm on Monday evenings. Registration will be held on September 12 at 5pm at the Center.
