Highlights of Board of Supervisors Meeting Tuesday

At the Tuesday Supervisors meeting the Board did the following:



Approved minutes and claims

Approved a purchase of pea gravel, 3 commercial swing sets and chains, trimming and clearing debris from 63 trees at Dean Park

Purchased a full page ad in the At Home magazine ($699.00)

Approved solid waste additions and deletions

Corrected an erroneous sale on property assessed to Eliza Coleman

Accepted low quote to purchase 2 weather sirens to be placed in districts 4 & 5 ($42,664.00)

Executed order of BOS of WC accepting the contract for Eastern Federal Land Highway Project EFLH-0677(27)B

Executed 2012 Bridge Inspection Program

Approved advertising for mapping contract

Received reimbursement from FEMA in the amount of $26,136.11 for damage in district 2 from tornado
