Louisville had no trouble on Friday night with Leake Central as they cruised to a 37-0 win in their final regular season game. Louisville will host Senatobia from District 2 in the first round of the 4A playoffs on Friday night. The Wildcats are # 2 in 4A behind powerhouse Lafayette County. Louisville is ranked # 9 in the overall state poll, one spot ahead of Northwest Rankin and two spots behind # 7 Starkville. Lafayette County holds the # 1 spot in the state as they recorded their 27th consecutive win last week over North Pontotoc. Louisville will host Senatobia from District 2 in the first round of the 4A playoffs on Friday night.

Winston Academy lost a heartbreaking back & forth game last week as they hosted Leake Academy. The 49-45 loss did not prevent the 5-5 Patriots from squeaking into post season play as a #2 North wildcard. The Pats will travel to River Oaks on Friday night to take on the #1 team in District 3.
