Winston Co Election Results - Highway Commissioner

The following is the vote count in Winston County for the Northern District Highway Commissioner. Tuesday's vote was a special election set to fill the seat of Bill Minor who passed away last November. While Warner McBride received the most votes in the county, he will not advance to the next election. John Caldwell and Mike Tagert received the highest number of votes area wide and will be on the ballot for the February 1st runoff.
