A fun time was had by all at the Fancy Nancy Tea Party held at the Winston County Library on April 28th. Approximately 40 young ladies ranging from ages 3-12 and their mothers enjoyed cupcakes,chips and punch. All were dressed in their best with hats,ribbons and bows. There were even a few tiaras. There were door prizes for all and two lucky little girls won the Grand Prize, two autographed books entitled Fancy Nancy's The Mermaid Ballet.
