Participants can gather their uniform clothes from last year that their children may have outgrown and bring them in to exchange for uniform clothes in a bigger size. If participants do not wish or need to exchange, they can still donate clothing that they no longer require. Clothes are required to be clean with no stains or tears.
The Exchange is scheduled for Friday, July 20th from 2:00pm til 6:00 pm and on Saturday, July 21 from 8:00 am til 12:00 at the Louisville High School Cafeteria. Here are the guidelines to participate and contact information:
School Uniform Exchange Guidelines
- Drop off clean, gently used/worn school uniform clothes at Louisville High School, Nanih Waiya Attendance Center, or Noxapater Attendance Center on Tuesday, July 10th from 8:00 A.M -12:00 P.M or Tuesday, July 17th from 2:00-6:00 pm ( No ripped or stained clothing please).
- Eligible school uniform clothes include: shirts, pants, capris, skirts,belts, and jackets/coats in the school dress code colors.
- Uniform Exchange Vouchers will be issued to participate at drop off site of choice. Vouchers will include list of items exchanged or donated.
- If participants do not have items to exchange they may also donate specified uniform items for this event.
- Once uniform items are dropped off for exchange they are then considered an item of the exchange and will be evenly distributed to the participating schools after the exchange is over.
- All exchanges are final, so please make sure clothing is the right size when exchanging.
- We can't guarantee that all sizes will be avaliable.
