ECCC Workforce Development Offers OSHA ‘HAZWOPER’ Refresher Course

OSHA HAZWOPER Refresher Course, annual training required to maintain HAZWOPER certification, is being offered at the East Central Community College Career Advancement Center located in the old Spartus facility at 923 South Church Street in Louisville. This eight hour course provides training in remediation and clean-up of an uncontrolled hazardous waste site.  In addition, emphasis is placed on site safety and health plans, response protocol, confined space entry, emergency planning, decontamination, trenching, and excavation.
