Winston Chiefs 11-12 Yr Olds Take NW Division Championship

The Powerhouse Youth Football Association hosted the 2012 Northwest Division Playoff Games on Saturday, October 27, 2012, at the Louisville High School R.E. Hinze Football Field. The Winston County Chiefs (ages 11-12), are the 2012 Northwest Division Champions for their age group. The Chiefs faced off against the Starkville Cowboys and defeated them with a winning score of 8-6.

The Starkville Cowboys (age 6-8) team,  and the Starkville Cowboys (age 9-10) team were also the 2012 Northwest Division Champions for their age groups, as they defeated the Chiefs (age 6-8) team, and the Ackerman Steelers (age 9-10) team.  
On Sunday, November 4, 2012, the Chiefs will travel to East Mississippi Community College in Scooba, MS, for “Superbowl  Sunday”. Other teams that will participate in Superbowl Sunday are: The Starkville Saints (Maben, MS),The Starkville Raiders (Starkville, MS), and the Macon Broncos (Noxubee County).
The Chiefs would like to invite the citizens of Winston County to attend the Superbowl Sunday festivities, as well as thank their 2012 Sponsors, the Louisville School District, the 2012 Cheer  Squad, their parents, family and friends and everyone who supported them during their  2012 football season.
The Superbowl Sunday Itinerary:
Location: East Mississippi Community College Football Stadium / Scooba, MS
Game #1:   6-8 team 1:00 pm
Game#2:    9-10 team 2:30 pm
Game #3:   11-12 team 4:00 pm
