Winston Countians Earn GED at ECCC

These Winston County residents received their high school equivalency diplomas at East Central Community College’s GED Graduation ceremony held July 19, 2012, in Huff Auditorium on the Decatur campus. From left are Demetrice Hardin, Cassey Wells, Jacob Prisock and Janet Koeber, all of Louisville. New ECCC President Dr. Billy Stewart presented GED diplomas to approximately 50 graduates at the semi-annual event. ECCC offers free Adult Basic Education/GED-Preparation classes at various locations in the College’s five-county district, which includes Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties.
