Winston County Aims to Collect Delinquent Justice Court Fines

The Winston County Board of Supervisors has issued full publication of delinquent Justice Court fines for Winston County. The fines included are more than 3 months delinquent. The County may continue to publish these names if amounts are not paid. Winston County is offering a 30 day amnesty on fines. All persons who have unpaid fines have 30 days to pay or a warrant may be issued for your arrest. You may pay at the Winston County Courthouse Justice Court Office or online at winstoncountytix.com .

Due to volume, links are provided for names beginning with letters A through K and L through Z. The list is in alphabetical order and includes the individual's name, charge, court date and fine amount. 

Delinquent fines are a major problem for Winston County like many other counties and can amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars or more in lost payments.
