Fisher, the current Director of MBN, reminded the youth of the tragedies of Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston due to their drug abuse and reinforced the message that the only person you can control is yourself. Fisher completed his speech by noting, "All the people we arrest and put in jail made bad choices and were once in the 5th grade just like you."
