Louisville Celebrates the 4th in Grand Style

Louisville will begin the Independence Day celebration with the Red,White and Blue Parade on Tuesday, July 3rd at 6:00 p.m.on Main Street. Children, ages 12 and under should decorate their "rides" and join in the fun.(No motorized rides allowed). Bikes, trikes and little red wagons are encouraged. The Wrinkled Roosters will provide hot dogs for all the participants. 


When the parade is over, folks are encouraged to head over to Lake Tiak-O'Khata where the band "De Ja Vu" will be performing outdoors from 7pm - 9pm. A fireworks display under the supervision of the Louisville Fire Department will begin around 9:00 pm after De Ja Vu's performance. The public can gather along the lakefront to watch the display.
